Cleaning and maintenance
Wash the mixing handle in warm water with detergent, wipe it off and dry it
carefully. Do not leave parts wet.
Do not use solvents or harsh cleaners to clean any part of the machine.
Wash the attachment immediately after use to prevent food residues from drying
out. Use a dish brush.
Never immerse the engine unit in water or any other liquid! Wipe the engine unit
and power cord with a dry cloth. The engine is lubricated with durable Vaseline.
Does not require lubrication.

The knives on the attachment are sharp. Handle them carefully!
