Observe the type plate.
The specified voltage must match the mains voltage.

Observe all applicable national and regional regulations and instructions when making
the water connection.
Danger of electrocution!
All electrical connection and installation work must be carried out in accordance with
VDE [or local] regulations, the regulations of your local power supply utility and relevant
national and local regulations.
Danger of electrocution!
A safety power socket is required to connect the appliance, which must be freely acces-
sible after installing the appliance.
Where the appliance is to be connected permanently to the AC power supply (junction
box for the appliance), ensure that all poles can be separated from the power supply with
a contact separation of at least 3 mm.
Installation with direct (permanent) power cables is not permitted.

Risk of frost
Install the appliance in a room free from the risk of frost.

Store the dismantled appliance in a room free from the risk of frost, as water residues remaining in-
side the appliance can freeze and cause damage.

APPLIANCE DESCRIPTION
This open vented (non-pressurised) water heater is designed to heat cold water for supplying a single
draw-off point.
The appliance must only be operated with a non-pressurised faucet.
