TRANSPORT AND INSTALATION
Safety rules during transportation
To avoid the risk of damaging the machine and getting hurt during transportation, pay
attention to following issues:
• when lifting the machine and their equipment, proceed according to safety at work
rules, taking into consideration the machine weight (220 kg)
• the area, in which the machine is transported should be closed and properly marked
to disable the access by unauthorised persons
•
the machine can be handled and transported only by authorized and properly
trained personnel
• individual parts of the machine can be handled only by means of a forklift truck or a
lift adapted for transportation of components of a specific weight
• the machine frame can be handled and transported only by means od a fork lift truck
with appropriate parameters in relation to the frame
Attention – if the machine is moved on an unstable or slippery ground there is a risk,
that the machine can overturn.
Supply
The standard supply is 220V (1 ph.), 50 Hz. The plug must have earthing and protection
16 A. In case of doubt if the plug fulfils above mentioned requirements, consult the
electrician.
Installation
To avoid the risk of damaging of the machine or of an accident during installation,
put the supply cable without bending them. To assure proper operation of the machine,
it is necessary to:
•
prepare the stand, on which the machine will be installed so that the base is be even
and stable
• place cables in such manner that they are not tensioned
• place cables in such manner that friction damages could be avoided
Before first start-up of the machine check if:
• all machine protections for the time of transportation have been removed
• machine has been connected to appropriate supply
• all components assuring the safety at work of the machine (safety buttons, shields)
are operable
• wash all painted and metal components located in the zone of operation by means
of a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of anti-rust agents protecting the machine
during transportation
