In this case please make sure, that the camera is well supplied by the
power-supply and that the camera is well connected to the Laptop (PC).

Please make also sure, that the driver is installed correctly as described in
the driver user manual.

Please contact Optronis GmbH when the camera will not communicate
with the computer.
