Safety and use instructions
1. Never unplug the appliance by pulling the power cord.
2. Connect the appliance to AC 220-240 V power supply only.
3. Never switch the appliance on, if the power cord or the
casing is damaged.
4. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a
service agent in order to avoid hazard.
5. Only qualified personnel should repair the appliance.
Repairs carried out improperly may have serious conse-
quences for the user. In case of defects contact a service
agent.
6. Remove power cord from the socket after use.
7. Never expose the appliance and its accessories to tem-
peratures above 60
0
C, as it may cause damage.
8. Be very careful when using the appliance around children.
9. Unplug the appliance before changing any accessories or
approaching parts that move while in use.
10. Remove power cord from the socket before cleaning.
11. Make sure the grinding unit is installed correctly – if the
unit is assembled improperly, the quality of grinding is
lower, while the cutter and the grinding disc may
become blunt.
12. Always push ingredients using the pusher. The use of
other items may damage the grinder and the motor unit.
13. Never overload the appliance by using too much food or
pushing too hard (with the pusher).
14. Never cover vent holes in the casing when using the
appliance.
15. If the appliance does not work, visit a service agent.
16. Remove bones, tendons, gristle and veins before grind-
ing any meat.
17. Cut big portions into pieces before grinding.
18. Never grind dry poppy seeds. Scald and soak poppy
seeds before grinding.
19. Never immerse the motor unit in water, nor wash it
under running water.
20. Never wash accessories while attached to the motor
unit.
21. Never wash the casing using aggressive detergents in
the form of emulsion, milk, paste, etc. They may, among
others, remove information symbols such as scales,
labels, warning signs etc.
22. Use a soft brush to clean metal parts.
23. Never wash metal parts in a dishwasher. Aggressive
cleaning agents used in such machines make these
parts darker. Wash them manually using traditional
dishwashing liquids.
24. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children. Unplug from the outlet when
not in use and before cleaning.
24. Never let the appliance run unattended.

FOR THE FIRST TIME
• Check that voltage indicated on the rating label
corresponds the mains voltage in your home.
• Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.
• Before plug in, ensure the ON/0/R switch is in "0"
position.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
ASSEMBLING
• Press the fasten button, hold the head and insert it into
the inlet(when inserting please pay attention the head
must be slanted as per arrow indicated on the top, see
(fig. 1), then move the head anticlockwise so that the
head being fastened tightly (fig. 2).
• Place the snake into the head, long end first, and turn to
feed the screw slightly until it is set into the motor hous-
ing (fig. 3).
• Place the cutting blade onto the snake shaft with the
blade facing the front as illustrated (fig. 4).If it is not fit-
ted properly, meat will not be grinded.
• Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade,
fitting protrusions in the slot (fig. 5).
• Support or press the center of the cutting plate with one
finger then screw the fixing ring tight with another hand
(fig. 6). Do not over tighten.
• Place the hopper plate on the head and fix it into posi-
tion.
• Locate the unit on a firm place.
• The air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor
housing should be kept free and not blocked.
