3.5 Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months after putting into operation or 18 months after shipping out from factory. This
actuator has been designed and manufactured to be used in specific conditions and within defined limits. The
use outside these specifications has to be agreed and approved by Ontrac. It must be considered also that, if
the actuators are used outside their technical specifications, the factory warranty are no longer valid.
The actuator has to be used only for the applications specified in the
order for which Ontrac has selected the model, the materials of
construction and has tested the actuator to respect the specifications.
For other uses different from those stated in the order, the customer
has to send always a written request to the Ontrac technical office,
which on its part will reply in a written form. There will not be any
warranty for repairs or alterations on the product done by the users or
third parties not specifically authorized by Ontrac.
3.6 Return to Factory
