Taking a Measurement 

Step on the main unit

Note

 

Measure barefooted. 

If you stand on the main unit 
with socks on, you will not get 
correct measurement results.

Confirming Weight

Indicator  flashes  twice  to 
show  that  weight  has  been 
determined.

Then measure body 
composition. 

After weight is determined, extend your arms forward at 90

°

angle to 

your body
