Understanding Setting Operations

Section 2-3

The screen for selecting the target region will be displayed.

Use the Up/Down Keys to switch to the target adjustment region.

Press the ENT Key to confirm the selection.

A detailed screen for the selected region will be displayed.

Press the TRIG Key. Measure a sample and look at the relationship be-
tween the measurement result and the judgement level.

Press the ENT Key.

The Parameter Adjustment Screen will be displayed.

Use the Up/Down Keys to select the parameter and use the Left/Right
Keys to adjust the level.

CHECK

If the SHIFT + ENT Keys are pressed, the F160 will diagnose the inspec-
tion and display advice.

Use the Down Key to select End and press the ENT Key.

The settings will be registered and the screen in (5.) will return.
