#
Flexible drain hose
➨
Connect the flexible drain hose to the white drain fitting on the back of the MV-1/MV-2, and
attach the screw clamp.
➨
Caution:
The drain must be 12 in. below
the drain fitting on the disinfector, and loops in the drain
hose must be eliminated to ensure that fluids drain thoroughly. Incomplete draining will result in
dilution of the LCG and/or inadequate rinsing of the endoscope.
2.
Connection of the LCG Reservoir to the MV-1/MV-2
#
LCG Reservoir
➨
The LCG reservoir can be installed either under the counter top, or on the bottom of the mobile
cart.
➨
Caution:
The LCG reservoir must be placed below the MV-1/MV-2 basin. Incorrect placement of
the reservoir may cause the LCG to seep back into the MV-1/MV-2 basin.
➨
Connect the cut ends (without fittings) of the LCG reservoir tubes (Item CLM-1000) to the barbed
fittings on the LCG reservoir. Each tube can be connected to either fitting.
➨
Attach the screw clamps provided.
➨
Connect the LCG reservoir tubing ends with right angle male quick-release connectors to the
quick-release connectors labeled
