Troubleshooting
The troubleshooting information presented here lists the most-common problems that can occur, and possible
solutions to these problems. Some of the solutions given may require the intervention of a trained service
engineer. If this is the case, contact Olympus.

Troubleshooting: Rinse Alarm
1. Is the rinse alarm activated?
#
Make sure the water valve is closed.
#
Check the water pressure, it should be at 40 – 60 psi.
#
Check the filters to be sure they are not clogged. Replace the filters if they are clogged.
#
Make sure the water hose is not kinked.
#
Check the inlet valve screen for debris, and remove any debris found.
#
Make sure the float tower is uncovered.
#
Check the drain solenoid for leakage. Rebuild the drain solenoid if necessary.
#
Make sure the water solenoid and the float sensor are not defective. Replace these devices if necessary.
