• GD156 - Olympia 1/2 GN Induction Chafer
Chafer tips:
• The Chafer is designed for keeping food warm only, not for cooking. Always pre-cook the food.
• Close the cover when not serving to keep food hot.
• Never use the Chafer without water in the pan, or the food will burn and the Chafer will overheat and
may get damaged.
• In case of a sizzle noise - the water is too low and needs to be refilled. Ensure to check the water
level periodically.
• DO NOT move or shake the chafer when the burners are alight.
• When the food service is done, ensure to extinguish the fuel flame by closing the fuel holder cover to
prevent accidents. Never leave the flame unattended.
• Chafer pans are not designed for cooking hob or stove use. The pans will get damaged while the food
burns.
