The stainless steel tray can be sterilized by steam autoclaving at the following values (sterilization
according to
SS-374 Resolution of 12/15/1995
and
ISO 17665
):
a)
130º C, 2 bar, 15 minutes;
b)
120º C, 1 bar, 3 0 minutes;
c)
134º C, 2,2 bar, 4 minutes.
Note: these items withstand up to 1.000 autoclaving cycles.
All equipment items mentioned in this chapter must be sanitized and sterilized (when appropriate)
prior to use.
