5.6 Back Space Key

Pressing the Back Space Key moves the Print

Point Indicator backward one space. If you

want to repeat back spacing, hold down the

Back Space Key, and the Print Point Indicator

moves backward until the Back Space Key is

released

5.7 Index Key

Press to advance paper one half-line (this

distance remains constant regardless of Line

Space Selector setting) without moving the

Print Point Indicator. If you press the key all the

way down and hold it, paper will advance

continuously.

5.8 Reverse Index Key

Press to retract paper one-half line without

moving the Print Point Indicator. If you press

the key all the way down and hold it, paper will

retract continuously.

5.9 Express Key

Press to return the Print Point Indicator to the

left margin without advancing paper.

5.1 O Relocation Key

After backspacing to correct text, etc , press

the Relocation Key to return the Print Point

ndicator to the space after the last character

typed. This function is only applicable on the

current line.

5.1 1 Half Space Key

Press to move the Print Point Indicator one half

space to the right. This key is useful for

inserting or deleting characters between printed

text.

(If you leave out a letter )
