Operation during toner low state

When the stirring bar reaches the maximum

z

height, the lack of toner provides no 
resistance on the other end. The bar falls to 
the minimum height, due to its own weight.
The time length of the encounter (between 

z

the stirring bar magnet and the sensor lever 
magnet), counter with the magnet of the 
sensor lever becomes long. By monitoring 
this time interval, toner low is detected. 

When the toner low state is detected 2 times consecutively, Toner Low is established.

z

When the toner full state is detected 2 times consecutively, Toner Low is canceled.

z

When there is no change with the toner sensor for 2 cycles (1.965 sec. x 2) or more, the Toner 

z

Sensor Alarm is activated.
The toner sensor is not monitored while the drum motor is in halt.

z
