4.2.1 Confirm the LED head driving time

Note: When a new LED HEAD is installed, the printer, reads the contents of the EEPROM within the LED 
HEAD, automatically re-setting the drive time. Therefore, the re-setting of drive time is not necessary. A 
confirmation of the drive time re-reset is necessary.
