Bottom Feed Jams

                                                                                                                                                
Bottom Feed Jams 

If bottom-feed paper jams:

1. Turn off printer. 

2. Use platen knob to back paper out of printer. 

3. If you have bottom-feed push tractor unit installed, open the printer access cover and the tractor 
access door and remove any shreds of paper jammed in tractor mechanism.
