Locate the PPD file by scrolling down the list of
PPD files:

Next, click on the lower "Change..." button to
select the printer.

Choose the printer that is connected to your Mac
and click OK.

Finally, click on the "Create..." button and this
will prompt you to give the printer a name. Enter
the name you wish to use and click "Save".
This will create a printer icon on your Mac desktop.
Enable the plug-in file
Note:
This step is only necessary if you are using
Apple's LaserWriter 8.7 (or higher) driver. This
is commonly installed on MacOS 9 or higher.
You can check the version of LaserWriter by
looking at the top-right corner of the print
dialog.

Choose File > Print, (e.g File > Print Desktop).
