Load Envelopes and Index Cards

Note: For best results, use the sheet feeder to print on index cards. 

Depending on the thickness of your envelopes, the sheet feeder can hold up to 15 envelopes 
or index cards.

1) Open the paper load door.

Remove any paper in the sheet feeder.

2) Turn both the left and the right envelope guides to the envelope load position by 

pressing on the envelope symbol area to rotate the guides inward until they snap into 
position.

3) Place the envelopes or index cards in the sheet feeder behind the envelope guides.
