Fax Setup
Set the default settings of the fax functions and the fax server functions.
1.
Press (SETTING).
2.
Select [Admin Setup], and then press (OK).
3.
Enter the administrator password.
The factory default password is "aaaaaa".
4.
Select [Enter], and then press (OK).
5.
Press to select [Fax Setup], and then press (OK).
6.
Change the setting, and then press (OK).
7.
Press until the top screen is displayed.

16 characters.
Sub-Address (NULL) Sets the sub-address for confidential box. You can enter up to
20 characters.
Hold Time 0 Sets the hold time for confidential box.
Available range: 0 to 31 days
I.D.Code (NULL) Sets the password for confidential box. Register a 4-digit
numerical number only.

Sub-Address (NULL) Sets the sub-address for bulletin box. You can enter up to
20 characters.
Delete Deletes an Fcode box.

Broadcast Destination ON Sets whether to indicate the transmission destination number
before starting broadcast transmission.
Confirm Dial OFF Sets whether to reenter the transmission destination fax number
before sending a fax.
Secure Receive Setting OFF Sets whether to store a received fax in the memory of this
machine without printing immediately.
Password (NULL) Sets the password that is entered when printing a received fax
