Setup Items in PDL Setting Menu

The PDL Setting menu is browsed or changed even during printing. However, any
changed parameters are valid only from the job received after the change.
At the end of the setup operation, changed parameters are saved automatically,
while the browsed parameters are not saved.
The following sections describe the setting parameter tables in the PDL Setting
menu, and explain each parameter. While most of the setting parameters are
shared by all the PDL, some parameters are not displayed depending on the PDL,
which is explained in the list.

Setting Parameter Table in PDL Setting Menu
In the PDL Setting menu, PDL parameters are selected.
By setting the PDL parameters, print modes are specified.
In the Setup menu, the following items are also available.

parameter.
Port n_TIFF
Sets the parameter for the PDL table of
Ethernet port n. Settings for printing
in TIFF format are performed with this
parameter.
Port n_CALS
Sets the parameter for the PDL table of
Ethernet port n. Settings for printing in
CALS format are performed with this
parameter.
