Replacing the Roll Paper

Paper flange
Rewind and remove the roll paper.
Turn the paper flanges in the direction shown in
the figure. Rewind the roll paper until the end of
the paper appears.
Lift up the paper flanges, and remove the roll
paper.

Knob
Release the paper flanges, and remove
the roll paper.
Loosen the paper flange knobs by turning them
in the
OPEN
direction. Remove the paper flanges
on both sides.
Note
To prevent the paper flange ends from being misaligned, do not turn the aper
flange knobs too much with excessive force.
Installing the Roll Paper
TIP
There is no difference between the left and right paper flanges. The
flanges can be installed on either side.

Knob
Set the paper flanges onto the roll
paper.
Insert the end of a paper flange onto the roll
paper tube. Fasten the flange by turning the
knob in the
CLOSE
direction.
Note
If a paper flange knob is too loose, the roll paper will move from side to side.
There will be a negative effect on printing. Fasten the knobs tightly.
