Deleting Groups

Print the Group Directory Report before deleting a
Group. This report is a reference of group numbers
already programmed. See “Reports.”
You can delete an entry in a group, several entries, or
the entire group.
To delete an entry, perform the delete procedure for
only that entry.
To delete several entries, perform the delete procedure
for each entry you want to delete.
To delete a group, you must first delete all of the
numbers assigned to the group. Repeat the delete
procedure as many times as there are entries. When all
entries are deleted, the group name is automatically
deleted.
You DO NOT delete the assigned numbers from their
Speed Dial locations. You DO DELETE the entries
assigned to the group.
1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the Menu.
2 Press to select
Location Program
, press Enter .
3 The cursor will be at
Speed Dial
. Press to select
Group
, press Enter .
4 Input a group dial number (from 1-20), press Enter .
5 At
Select Locations(s)
, press Ente r.
6 Press or to select the entry you want to delete, press
Clear or Enter . The entry information displays.
7 Press Clear . The entry is now deleted from group.
8 To delete the group, repeat steps 6 and 7 for all entries in
the group you want to delete.
9 Press Menu/Exit to return to standby mode.
Sending a Fax to a Group
1 Load your documents.
2 Enter the group.
There are two ways to enter the group.
By Name
By Number
