PREPARING THE APPLIANCE
q. Position the water tank on the mist sup-
ply base.
r. Connect one end of the pipe (15) to the
water outlet unit (15) and the other end
to the cap (17) of the water container.
s. Position the cap (17) on the water con-
tainer (18).
t. The appliance is ready for use.
> >Mist operation
a. Remove the water container (18) from
the mist supply base.
Turn over to access a small plastic lid.
b. Open the small lid, by rotating it an-
ti-clockwise.
c. Fill the container (18) with clean water.
d. Close the small lid correctly, by rotating
it in a clockwise direction
There is a white, silicone ring,
which MUST NOT be loosened
when the water container (18) is
filled.
e. Re-position the water container (18) on
the mist supply base.
f. Connect the plug to the current outlet
(make sure that the network data corre-
spond with those present on the appli-
ance data plate).
A “beep” indicates that the appliance is-
powered electrically and the luminous
“POWER” indicator on the main control
panel switches on.
g. In this condition, the misting function
can be activated from the control pan-
el (9) and via remote control (13). The
MIST fan can now be activated on its
own control panel, on the main control
panel and via remote control.
h. Press the ON key to switch the fan and
mist unit on.
i. By default the appliance starts in the
following way:
• Minimum speed
• Fixed direction (no swing)
• “Normal” wind mode
l. When the mist has been started, the
speed and wind mode can be selected.
> > Inserting the batteries in the remote control
The appliance is equipped with a remote control.
To insert or replace the batteries:
1. Remove the battery slot cover from the remote control rear
part.
