Pioneer PJX Series Service Manual 

3.4 

REPLACING THE LOAD CELL PCB 

The Loadcell PCB may need to be replaced because it is physically broken or displays an error 
code.  

Note: No Load cell PCB replacement for Pioneer PJX 5 place and Strain Gauge load cell, due to the 
technical soldering process. 

 

Disassembly for Nova Load cell PCB: 

1.  Open the balance – see Section 3.2.  

2.  Take out the load cell  – see Section 3.3. 

3.  Remove three cables and one screw, which fix the cable. 

 

4.  Remove two screws 

 

 

 

5.  Reverse the disassembly procedure to assemble the Load cell PCB. 

 

 

Disassembly for Loong Load cell PCB: 

1.  Open the balance – see Section 3.2.  

2.  Take out the load cell – see Section 3.3. 

3.  Remove three cables then two screws.
