Figure 2 refers to

SAE “D” motor mount

8.

Install Cover Subassembly onto the Ring Gear (2).

9.

Install four Shoulder Bolts (18) with Flat Washers (22) and Lock Washers (14) in these bolts
by hand, then torque to 35

– 45 ft-lbs.

10.

Install sixteen Hexagonal Head Bolts (15) with Lock Washers (14) into Housing (1G). Torque
Bolts to 100

– 110 ft-lbs.

11.

Install Pipe Plugs (20) onto Cover using thread sealant.

12.

Roll check unit for one output revolution in each direction.

13.

Air check unit for leaks.

This concludes the Main assembly.
