WARNING
If you open the cover (2), the door (4), or the draw-
er (13) during operation, the machine will stop and
it has to be restarted as described above.
5.2 - MACHINE EMERGENCY STOP (Fig. 2)
• In case of an EMERGENCY, press the button (1); the
two modules will immediately stop.
• Remove the causes of the emergency and then restart
the machine as described in the paragraph “Opera-
tion”.
5.3 - TURNING OFF (Fig. 2)
• Process all the dough contained in the hopper and
once the dough has run out, wait for the last ball of
dough to come off the belt (1a), then press the button
(2) to stop screw rotation and the switch (3) to cut the
power thus stopping operation of both modules.
IMPORTANT
Never leave dough in the hopper (4) or on the belt
(5) at the end of the working day.
