4.1 Removing the Computer
To prepare your Allegro jukebox for installation of the OS2 Upgrade Kits, you must remove one of the following
computer models: MJS, JCB, or JCB
+ for MJS.
The following shows the component connections on an Allegro jukebox.

4.1.1 Removing an MJS-based Computer
This procedure applies to a jukebox equipped with an MJS computer or a JCB + for MJS computer. If your jukebox
has a JCB or a JCB + for JCB computer installed, skip to the next procedure in section 4.1.2 Removing a JCB-based
Computer .
To remove the MJS computer:
1. Power off the jukebox.
2. Disconnect all electrical power to the jukebox.
3. Unlock and open the jukebox cabinet.
WARNING: To prevent risk of electrical shock, do not attempt any of the disassembly or
reassembly procedures described herein without first disconnecting all electrical power to
the jukebox.
