Add the supplies

151

How to unlock the paper trays

Press the System information key

The following screen appears.

[54] Unlock the paper trays

Press the key for 'System' to select 'Unlock trays'.

Press the Start key

A dialogue box appears.

Enter the PIN code.
All the paper trays are unlocked.

How to load the paper

Press the button on the front side of the paper tray to open the paper tray.

[55] Open the paper tray

The LED of the paper tray blinks rapidly while the plate inside the paper tray
moves down.

Wait for the paper tray to unlock and open.

Take the paper from the pack.

Hold each pack of paper at the two short sides.

Bend the pack.

Put the paper into the paper tray.

Note:

Load all oriented paper, for example company paper, always face down.
