Icons
The Océ 9600 Queue Manager uses a number of icons to display information
about a job in the queue. The following icons are used:
The job is in the spool and is currently being transferred to the print
queue.
The job is currently being processed for printing in the print queue.
The job is ready for printing in the print queue.
The job is being received and printed at the same time.
The job is being processed and printed at the same time.
The job is being printed.
Note:
Jobs that are being printed (this is indicated by a printer
symbol next to the job in the queue) cannot be put on hold anymore.
If you select such a job, the Hold button is disabled.
Indicates, both in the active print job and in the print queue
window, that the job needs special operator attention (e.g. manual
feed).
The job is marked for deletion and will be automatically deleted
after a few seconds.
The job is put on hold.
