Set the energy save timers
Introduction
You can define the following energy save timers (see ‘ About the energy save
modes ’ on page 84 ):
■
The low power timer (range 1 to 15 minutes).
■
The sleep mode timer (range 1 to 90 minutes).
You can change the default values of the low power timer (15 minutes) and the
sleep mode timer (90 minutes).
If the default values result in problems, due to the usage pattern, you can
request the Océ Service to increase the limits of both timers to a maximum of
240 minutes.
The machine requires 8 seconds to switch back from the low power mode.
The machine requires 8 minutes to switch back from the sleep mode.
Before you begin
1.
Enter the key operator system.

Defining the low power timer
1.
Activate the 'Machine' section.
2.
Open the 'Basic settings' card.
3.
Press the 'Energy save timers' function key to select 'Low power after' .
Use the left arrow key and right arrow key to increase or decrease in 10
second steps.
