Set the defaults

Disabling the reset time

Activate the 'Machine' section.

Open the 'Basic settings' card.

Press the 'Reset time' function key to select 'No reset' .

Check

Exit the key operator system.

Check to insure that the reset time is set for your needs.
The Océ 31x5E must return to the default operating mode after the reset time
has expired.
If 'No reset' is selected, the default operating mode will not be restored.
