Set the defaults

Before you begin

Enter the key operator system.

Activate the 'Machine' section.

Open the 'Error information' card.

Press the 'Access to trays' function key to select 'Key operator' .

Permitting the user to access the paper trays

Activate the 'Machine' section.

Open the 'Error information' card.

Press the 'Access to trays' function key to select 'User' .

Check

Exit the key operator system.

To check the selection, remove the stock of paper from one of the trays.
Then, start a copy job that uses the empty paper tray.
