OBH Nordica Shiatsu Back Massager
Before use
Before you use the back massager for the first time you should read the instructions carefully
and save the manual for future use.
The back massager comes with a screw located on the back of the unit to protect
the massage mechanism during shipment. The screw must be removed before
the first use to allow the unit to function properly. Use the provided allen wrench to
counter clockwise properly remove the screw. Place the included black plug into
the when screw has been removed. Properly dispose the screw.
WARNING! Failure to remove screw may cause permanent
damage to the back massager.
Connect the adaptor to the unit by plugging the two jacket
together. Then plug the adaptor into a 230 volt AC outlet.
The back massager has the following programmes to choice from
the remote control:
• Demo is a brief demonstration of the features
• Shiatsu massage for the whole back (Full)
• Shiatsu massage for the upper back (Upper)
• Shiatsu massage for the lower back (Lower)
• Heat (Heat)
For use at home or office
OBH Nordica's Shiatsu back massager incorporates a unique strapping system which allows
you to fasten it to almost any chair. Just slip the straps over the seat or chair and adjust
fastening straps to secure. Your massage cushion will firmly stay in place! By all means,
you can also just put the massager in a chair or sofa if you prefer. The back massager is not
intended to be used in a car.
Important!
If you have blood circulation problems or reduced sensibility, for example if you
have diabetes, or if you have some kind of neck injury, you should not use the back massager
before consulting your doctor. Persons with pacemaker and pregnant women should not use
the body massage. The back massager does not compensate medical treatment. At continuous
pain and ache you should always contact medical expertise.
Please note:
The massager is not recommended for use on wooden surfaces as the slipper
may damage the wood. Caution is also recommended when using on upholstered furniture.
