Use the button to start the InScenio FM-Master EGC in access point mode. In this
mode, the smartphone/tablet is directly connected to the InScenio FM-Master EGC via the WIFI "Oase
FM-Master <xxxxxx> ".(→ Establishing a direct WIFI connection (access point mode))
• Network name (SSID)
– The device makes a wireless network (WIFI) available under the specified network name with
which the smartphone/tablet is directly connected.
– The network name in the factory default settings is specified on the InScenio FM-Master EGC on
the adhesive label next to the type plate. (→ Establishing a direct WIFI connection (access point
mode))
– The network name is changed via the touch symbol . The last six characters "xxxxxx" are spe-
cific to the device and are preset. (→ Changing the network name)
• WIFI password
– The password "oase1234" of the factory setting is specified on the InScenio FM-Master EGC on
the adhesive label next to the type plate. (→ Commissioning/start-up)
– The WIFI password of the direct WIFI connection (Access Point) is changed using the touch sym-
bol .(→ Changing the WIFI passwort)
• WIFI channel
– If the set channel is fully utilised by other wireless devices, it is possible to use a different channel.
– It may be possible to remedy malfunctions of the WIFI connection by selecting a different channel.
