7.1.2 Test mode (only for calibration)
A blinking star in the display indicates that the meter is in test mode.
In the standard display of the test mode, if configured, the two tariff registers (T1 and T2)
of the currently active energy direction or the last active energy direction are displayed.
In a two-direction meter, the last active energy direction is displayed in idle state by a
blinking energy direction arrow +P or -P.
The energy values are displayed in maximum resolution, i.e. the tariffs are displayed as
7-digit values with 2 additional decimal points (max. 5). In addition, the test LED blinks
with an impulse frequency that is 10 times higher and an impulse length of 3 ms.
Pressing the button briefly switches to the next menu item. At the end of the test mode it
is possible to switch to the address menu
or to edit mode
by holding down the button.
The ability to switch to another menu/mode is indicated by the word "Go" on the display.
When the button is held down for a longer time (> 5 s) the display jumps from any
position of the test mode back to the standard display.
Test mode is canceled by holding down the button in the menu item "Escape", after
restoration of the power supply or after 24 hours. The display then switches to standard
display in the standard menu.
