Step 7 Control the lights on the boards from the PC via IP
a) Access the Smart Devices interface on the Border-Router by directing the web
browser on the PC to the following (case-sensitive) IP address:
http://<Border-Router IP address>/SmartDevices.html
where <Border-Router IP address> is 192.168.11.1 for the Linksys router or the
address obtained in Step 5 of Section 3.2.1 for the Raspberry Pi board. A link to
the Smart Devices is provided on the splash page at http://<IP address>.
b) In the Smart Devices interface, select the Border-Router by clicking on it.
c) Now click on the Global Control tab, which contains a set of controls that can be
used to control all the network nodes simultaneously.
d) Use the controls as follows:

Switch off the lights by clicking the Off box

Switch on the lights by clicking the On box

Vary the brightness of the lights (dimmer operation) using the vertical slider
in the green bar (to the right to brighten, to the left to dim) - this is achieved
by clicking the desired location in the bar (rather than moving the vertical
slider)
e) Now click on the Individual Control tab, which contains a similar set of controls
for each individual board (identified by its IPv6 address next to its name), and
perform the various control operations on individual lights.
Tip: Light (nodes) can be put into groups and a control
command can be issued for a whole group, either from
the Remote Control Unit or the PC. Group control is
described the Application Note
