Owner’s Manual

Digital Control Panel on Power Head

Dehydration Kit Assembly

Dehydration Switch

Once the Power Head is placed

onto the dehydration adapter,

the dehydration switch is activated.

This switch will automatically initiate

the dehydrator temperature settings

and prevent the Power Head from

heating above 200ºF/93˚C.

Place desired number of dehydration

trays on dehydration base and turn

clockwise. This will lock the trays

into place. Once the trays are locked

into the base, place the dehydration

adapter on. The dehydration adapter

will allow you to add the Power Head

on and activate the dehydration switch.

* Dehydration kit is only for dehydration

and Elite power head. Any other use

will damage kit and void the warranty.

Lock

AM/PM Key: Select 12-hour time cycle

END TIME: Program time to end cooking

CLOCK: Program current time

START TIME: Program time to start cooking

PROG: Save, store and recall your recipes

STAGE: Stage cooking function

DEHYD: Dehydrator mode

WARM: Warm function

SEAR: Sear function

PAUSE/CLEAR: Pause or Clear function

COOK TEMP: Cooking temperature

START: Start oven

Numeral keys

COOK TIME: Cooking time

LCD Display

• Make sure the unit is plugged into a properly grounded outlet and that the cord is not

touching any heated objects.

• Be certain that the liner pan has been properly placed within the base.

• Do not situate the liner pan directly on a stove burner or other direct heat source.

Damage may result.

• Metal or glass dishes, pans, and foil or any materials used in a conventional oven may be

safely used in the NuWave.
