6.2.1 Connection procedure
Encoders with a 15-pin Sub-D interface are connected to output X3 of the NPA to encoder input
X1 on the right side of the device
You may only connect a measuring device to the measuring device input X1. It
is not allowed to connect a measuring device to both measuring device inputs
at the same time.
