6.6 Groove inserts
At enviroments with heavy dirt, the profile grooves can be closed with groove inserts (Figure 6.45 and 6.46), to avoid deposits in the
profile grooves from the Linear Axis. The cleaning of these systems will be facilitated considerably.
For Linear Axis, which are equipped with inductive proximity switches (Chapter 6.2.8), the grooves containing the cable guides are
always closed with groove inserts.
