TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptom Cause

Machine Does Not Run.
Damaged Switch. Replace Switch; Call Service Center.
Damaged Power Cord. Replace Cord; Call Service Center.
Loose Connection or Wiring. Call Service Center.
Vac Motor Defective or Worn Out. Call Service Center.
Building Fuse or Circuit Breaker
Tripped. Replace Fuse or reset Circuit
Breaker.
Machine Has Poor or No Suction.
Obstruction in Hose, Tool or Wand. Remove Obstruction.
Obstruction in Filter Bag. Remove Obstruction.
Full Bag. Replace Bag.
Vac Motor Filters Dirty Clean or Replace.
Vac Motor Worn out Replace.
Call Service Center.
Carbon Brushes Worn Replace.
Lid is not Closed Completely or
Damaged.
Secure lid. Replace if needed.
Dome filter obstructed or dirty. Replace.
Foam exhaust filter dirty. Replace.
Gasket Missing or Damaged. Replace Gasket.
Loose or Broken Vac Fan. Call Service Center.
Dust Blowing from Vacuum During
Use.
Paper Bag Filter is Full. Replace Paper Bag Filter.
Paper Bag Filter is not Installed
Properly Reinstall or Replace Paper Bag
Filter.
Cloth Bag Filter is Dirty. Clean Cloth Bag Filter.
Cloth Bag Filter is Torn. Replace Cloth Bag Filter.
