Genesis GSD Grapple

Before performing maintenance, read, fully understand and follow the safety rules outlined in this

manual.

Always wear personal safety equipment including gloves, safety glasses, safety boots and proper

clothing.

Tine Tips

At the end of each shift, check tine tip condition.

Tines may be built up and hard-surfaced.

Replace tine tips if the weld is gone or the plate is worn down from excess wear, as shown below.

Contact the Genesis Service Department at 715-395-5252 for additional information regarding

proper tine tip maintenance, wear and build-up procedures.
