you go to the menu of memory.
8.3.5.1. Create backup copies of calibrations.
After calibration of the probe is recommended to create a backup
copy of the calibration (usually the manufacturer makes the
calibration of 1-2 scales, to check the probe).
This is done in order to be able to resume adequate calibration after
incorrect settings in the future.
