Insure that the Engine ON/OFF Switch is in the OFF position
and that the Spark Plug is disconnected before making any
adjustment to the Belt tension.

C914P Belt Tensioning System

Tools Required:
17mm Open End Wrench
17mm Socket and Socket Wrench

1. Review the locations of the C914P Belt Tensioning system before

proceeding. (See

Figure:

previous page).

2. Remove the Belt Guard by loosening and removing the two (2) M10

Acorn Nuts Belt Guard Retaining Hardware sets. Lift the Belt Guard off
of the C914P
