Extension Detail Report
The Extension Detail Report provides a detailed listing of calls along with
duration and cost totals for each extension.

Extension Roll-Up Report
The Extension Roll-Up Report, shown in Figure 7, provides the total costs
for calls made using extensions grouped by the levels of the company’s
Organizational Hierarchy. To view a detailed listing of calls for any entity
displayed as a link in this report, click the entity.
