There is a header area followed by five telephone data sections on each
Telephone Details
page. The five sections are:

Header information
The header section at the top of the
Telephone Details
page contains
the following information:
•
System
: Identifies the site, system, and customer number, if
applicable, where the telephone is connected.
•
Telephone Type
:
Identifies your telephone type.
•
Sync Status
:
Identifies whether the data on the
Telephone Details
page is synchronized with the telephone system.

Troubleshoot Problems
link provides access to the
Troubleshooting
page. Your system administrator controls the availability of this link.
General Properties
This section of the
Telephone Details
page contains general information
about the location and configuration of the telephone. This data is used
primarily for system administration.
•
Customer Number
: The number of the customer associated with the
telephone.
•
Terminal Number (TN)
: The address of the telephone.
•
Designation
: An identifier used for system administration.
•
Location
: An identifier used for system administration.
•
Zone
: The IP bandwidth zone of the telephone. The zone is used for
system administration.
•
Key Based Modules
: The number of Key Based Modules (KBA)
configured on the telephone (for M3904 and M3905 telephones).
