Process Map: Installing a new media services card for BCM 4.0

Warning:

Protect the hardware components against damage from electrostatic

discharge. Always wear a ground wrist strap while you handle components.
Always place the components in static-safe containers. Ensure that you follow all
electrical safety procedures you perform this operation. The BCM must have all
power removed before you attempt to access the MSC.
