the card type. For UILC, this entry defaults to NT mode. 
For SILC, the default is TE.

Note: Cannot change MODE from TE to NT if clock on 
DSL is referenced in the digital data block or 
DTI2/PRI2 system data. The reference must first be 
removed. If MODE is set to NT, CLOK will be set to NO.
