To connect the fluid lines in a waterborne system to the RA-16 rotary
atomizer, use the following steps:
1. See Figure 3-4. Make sure the fluid lines (2) are away from the
speed-sensor assembly.
NOTE: A recommended option is to install a large non-conductive
tube (3) around the fluid lines (2). This will isolate the fluid lines from
earth ground.
2. Connect the fluid lines to the
a. appropriate fittings on the RA-16 rotary atomizer (1) interface
plate (see Figure 3-2).
b. Iso-Flo system (4). For more information, refer to the appropriate
Iso-Flo Voltage-Block System manual.
