12. Have a second person hold the Right Handlebar
(5) near the Upright (4).
Attach the Right Handlebar (5) to the Upright (4)
with two M8 x 16mm Screws (63); start both
Screws, and then tighten them.
Repeat this step with the Left Handlebar (14).
