At the end of the first one-minute segment of the

program, a series of tones will sound. If a different

speed setting is programmed for the second seg-

ment, the speed setting will move along the bot-

tom of the display to alert you. If a different incline

setting is programmed, the incline setting will ap-

pear at the top of the display for a moment. The

treadmill will then automatically adjust to the

speed and incline settings for the second seg-

ment.

The program will continue in this way until the last

segment ends. The walking belt will then slow to a

stop.

If the speed or incline setting for the current seg-

ment is too high or too low, you can override the

setting by pressing the Speed or Incline buttons;

however, when the next segment begins,

the

treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed

and incline settings for the next segment.

To change the intensity level of the entire program,

press the Intensity increase and decrease buttons.

To stop the program at any time, press the Stop

button. To restart the program, press the Start but-

ton. The walking belt will begin to move at 2 Km/H.

When the next segment of the program begins, the

treadmill will automatically adjust to the speed and

incline settings for the next segment.

6. Measure your heart rate if desired.

See step 7 on page 16.

7. Turn on the fan if desired.

See step 8 on page 16.

8. When you are finished exercising, remove the

key from the console.

See step 9 on page 16.
